This is second time bought PersianYoga product… first Shena board and this time Meels.
Actually I’m a Martial artist… not just artist almost geek… not only training skills but also how to get physical power…..
I tried dumbbell or barbell modern training before however I don’t like that kinda muscle training….
calisthenics is my type…. and a few years ago I find House of strength in Korea… I join there a few times…. theire coach explained about Zurkhaneh(Persian Yoga) …so this is really really works for me!!!! Shena board and Persian meels are changes my daily life and habit
not only training at home… I can training outside with Shena and meels!!
Especially Meels fix my shoulder rotate…. it really help and after training meels….. when I shadow any martial arts skills….. I can feel my physical get power!!!!
So I can say simple…I recommend If you are boring modern workout….. or any martial arts practitional or chelisthenics man….
