An impressive collection of key strength and flexibility training!! I only purchased this out of my interest of the meel, but have found loads of excellent exercises to really improve my workout. Photos are extremely helpful. I really can’t recommend this text enough!!!

This booklet is a fantastic instructional guide. With the aid of the photos and accurately worded steps, I’ve been able to successfully perform the beginner movements/exercises without much difficulty! To progress to more advanced movements shouldn’t be a big jump from what i’ve already read, and the information is just as clearly conveyed!
