Very pleased with the purchase. Heavier than you’d expect. I really feel it working my shoulders. Just a note, it can be very loud from the clanging of the metal. Instead of slinging the chains against the bow part horizontally, you can toss them up and over toward the bow, in an arc, thereby reducing noise but still getting a great workout.
