Our Workshops and Coaching sessions provide an accelerated learning journey, tailored to your individual needs, to facilitate and fast-track your learning experience. Choose between face-to-face or online video meetings for a personalized experience.
What do I need to get started?
You will at least need a Shena and a pair of Meel. If you wish to learn the Sang (optional) you will need that too. We also highly recommend the Fundamentals video course and instructional manual.
Why do I need you to teach me?
I’m not self-taught, nor did I learn from YouTube. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to learning these arts from the greatest masters in the oldest Zurkhaneh (temples) all across Iran. Combining ancient wisdom with my scientific knowledge of the human body, movement, Chiropractic, and my 20+ years of experience as a martial arts and yoga coach, I have distilled this knowledge. With my guidance, you can avoid pitfalls and more readily reap the benefits of practicing Persian Yoga.
What is the difference between workshops and coaching?
How does online workshops work?
The online workshops provide personalized one-on-one coaching via video chat. In these sessions, I will demonstrate, discuss, assess, and offer feedback on your practice. Each session lasts approximately one hour, and the program extends over six weeks to ensure comprehensive learning and give you ample time to practice your new skills before progressing.
Do you have a teacher certification process?
The workshops include an optional assessment component at no extra cost. This assessment comprises a written and a physical test to verify your understanding of safety aspects and main concepts, as well as your ability to reproduce and demonstrate the techniques and skills. If you wish to teach the arts, passing the assessment is required.
