My first pair of Meels arrived and I was blown away by the craftsmanship and beauty of these wooden works of art. Truly amazing to hold these ancient tools in your hands. I grew up as an athlete and have years of experience in traditional western methods of strength and conditioning. I can honestly say that the Pahlavani style of training is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It’s so refreshing to discover a new approach to strength and conditioning, and much more. I only wish I would have discovered these tools sooner. Dr. Kashi provided good communication over emails when I was getting started, he made sure I had everything I needed, overall a very personal and welcoming experience. Thank you!

Thank you so much for these amazing meels. I have heavier sets of the meel, but post-shoulder surgery, I purchased these lighter meals so I can integrate them into my physical therapy and my journey to recovery. They have been wonderful tools and the most natural method for strength training and overall physical health building. Thank you very much again!
