Master the ancient art of Persian Yoga (Pahlavani) with a comprehensive certification program based on the authentic curriculum of the world’s oldest Zurkhaneh (House of Strength) in Iran. With a 700-year legacy and 500 years of continuous teaching, this system has shaped warriors and athletes for centuries.

Taught by a native practitioner, experienced teacher, and Doctor of Chiropractic with over 20 years of expertise in fitness and martial arts, this program provides:

The Fundamentals online workshop was great for learning the basics of Pahlavani! Kashi was very concise in his instruction which helped me to greatly improve my form and overall practice in a safe progression. The instruction also included a lot of information on the history and culture of Pahlavani which was a great way for me to connect more with my Persian heritage. Unlike some more modern training methods, Pahlavani targets muscle groups and rotational strength directly beneficial to martial arts training. I highly recommend it to other martial artists. More so even, the practice of Pahlavani is just enjoyable and beneficial for its own sake. I look forward to making more progress with my practice to heavier Meels and adding the Sang.
